Refund policy

In accordance with our Terms of Service, returns are only accepted for stock PPG powder products. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligible stock items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All returns require prior authorization. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at powder@ppg.com to obtain a return authorization number. Only approved items and quantities will be accepted for return.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
